This is the best I could do. I am not sure if you can make patterns by looking at the object by those two look rather simple. Look at this page and if you need help email me.http://www.animationinsider.net/article.php?articleID=2368

No, you don’t have to crochet it separately, but you may want to mark row 13 with a safety pin for later reference. It sounds like this is a type of brim that folds inward like a hem and then you stitch it in place so it doesn’t shift. It sounds as if the 13th row is the folding point, so you would find your safety pin marker, and fold on that row. Then stitch it down (loosely) on the inside of the hat.

This site for free patterns, says there are patterns from Chihuahua to great Dane> http://crochet.about.com/od/petpatterns/tp/dogfashions.htmThis one says same thing> http://www.doggoneknit.com/patterns/crochet/onepiecesolid.htmlIt has a note: “Instructions are written for size Small with sizes Medium, Large, and Extra- Large in parentheses. Instructions will be easier to read if you circle all the numbers pertaining to your dog’s size.”This one says, small, medium, large.> http://www.squidoo.com/dogsweaters/

that is a beautiful pattern.i don’t know of any pattern but i do have an idea you could use.choose the fabric you want at the centre. measure its diameter. choose any pattern for a round crochet tablecloth that has the final size you desire. check its diameter.now subtract the diameter of fabric from the larger diameter. this will give you some idea of how many initial/centre Rows you will need to OMIT. then attaching the yarn to the fabric with ss, etc., start from the Next row in pattern & continue as per your crochet tablecloth pattern.e.g. if fabric is 4′ wide & you want a tablecloth that is 14′ wide, omit the pattern rows that will make a 4′ wide circle & start crocheting from the next row till the end. thus you will have 4′ fabric at centre & 10′ outer crochet pattern.hope this helps.all the best & have fun. EDIT: you could also crochet a complete tablecloth & then handstitch the fabric over the crocheted work. however, it will give a raised effect & may not look that good. so use this only as a last-ditch solution.
