What are some fantastic sibling names for Elizabeth Rose?
Hi, my name is Emma and my husband's name is Luke. Together we have one four-year-old daughter named Elizabeth Rose, Libby for short. We are so excited to announce that we are expecting again! We don't know the gender, so we are searching for both boy and girl names. We are thinking that it's a girl though because of kicking patterns and just the general development. It was Pattern Annie all nearly the same with Elizabeth. We obviously want something utterly simple. We don't mind filler middle names but we don't like Marie or Nicole whatsoever. The unisex names really aren't our style. So what are some names that you think would go well with Elizabeth Rose 'Libby'?Also, which of our favorites would you choose to go with Elizabeth's name?Elizabeth Rose & Georgia Eleanor.Elizabeth Rose & Anne Corrine 'Annie'.Elizabeth Rose & Anneliese May 'Annie'.Elizabeth Rose & Maci Eleanor.Elizabeth Rose & Natalie Eleanor.Elizabeth Rose & Katherine Eleanor 'Kate'.Elizabeth Rose & Katherine Sophia 'Kate'.Elizabeth Rose & Calvin Lucas.Elizabeth Rose & Mackenzie Lucas 'Mac'.Elizabeth Rose & Gavin Lucas.Elizabeth Rose & Mitchell Lucas 'Mitch'. Elizabeth Rose & Maxson Lucas 'Max'. Elizabeth Rose & Vincent Lucas 'Vince'.Thanks! Love, Emma, Luke & Libby!

It sure does seem that way.It should be called my two mommies or one mom to live! Annie isn’t dying she faked them out today she lands on the awning! She is going to get even crazier. I think poor Kate/Kathy has the record for moms…Dixie, then her adopted mom, Julia, and now she has Krystal and she tried to kill her!

No one will post it for you, it’s copyrighted. Maybe you’ll get lucky and someone will email you. But the pattern was re-issued due to high demand and is only $6.00 at Annie’s Attic. If she wants it that badly she can download it straight from there.

nope sorry why don’t you try to google it and see if you can find it that way.

What sort of pattern? Knitting? Quilting? Embroidery? Annie’s Attic still has an embroidery pattern for kittens.

The only place I can think of to download patterns is e-patterncentral. I noticed that Annie’s Attic is also doing a selection of pattern books in download format, but none of the doll patterns yet.

If you’d settle for something in the general ballpark, seehttp://www.ehow.com/how_2074542_make-little-orphan-annie-costume.htmlMcCall’s 5870 was one of the Annie patterns, but it’s out of printI think of the original illustrations and fashion usages. The white collar and cuffs would have either been detachable so they could be laundered separately or they might have been the visible portion of a lower layer of clothing, with the red layer being an overdress. The underdress would shield the overdress from normal wear/oil at the neckline and sleeves as preclude necessity for a separate slip. The white belt is separate and may buckle in front or in back. Back buckling looks tidier, but it uncomfortable when seated in a chair with a back.It should be easy-enough to find suitable patterns for an overdress and for an underdress (maybe just lengthening the hem of a shirt and shortening the sleeves).

The only way to knit gloves (which are basically a series of tubes) on straight needles without massive uncomfortable seams would be with tubular (double) knitting. Given the number of times you’d have to put stitches on and off the needles and reorder them in order to do the fingers and the shaping for the thumb gusset, I don’t really see someone doing them that way except as an exercise to prove it could be done. Like the people knitting one sock inside the other. Mittens on straight needles, yes, but with a seam. You could find a pattern for mittens. But gloves, no you aren’t going to find a pattern like that for gloves on straight needles because there would be incredibly few people brave enough to try it. Gloves either need to be worked on DPNs or magic loop (or 2 circulars).I think she may be thinking of a mitten pattern or may just be misremembering the needles that were used.— edited to add —So I saw Aussie Sheila’s link and had to go see if she’d actually found one. I’ve made a lot of gloves, and this pattern is the typical way basic gloves are knit…on DPNs. You’ll find a very similar pattern in Ann Budd’s Knitter’s Handy Book of Patterns or any basic glove pattern. Note there is no mention of seams nor of tubular/double knitting because they are knit on DPNs.

Sounds like “Stay” by Shakespeare’s Sister, but the lyrics aren’t exactly the same.If this world is wearing thin And you’re thinking of escape I’ll go anywhere with you Just wrap me up in chains But if you try to go alone Don’t think I’ll understand Stay with me Stay with me In the silence of your room In the darkness of your dreams You must only think of me There can be no in between When your pride is on the floor I’ll make you beg for more Stay with me Stay with me You’d better hope and pray That you make it safe Back to your own world You’d better hope and pray That you’ll wake one day In your own world Coz when you sleep at night They don’t hear your cries In your own world Only time will tell If you can break the spell Back in your own world Stay with me Stay with me Stay, stay with me Stay, stay, stay, stay, stay Stay with meYou can listen to excerpt here (Track 6): http://www.amazon.com/Hormonally-Yours-Shakespears-Sister/dp/B000001FH3/sr=8-1/qid=1167544447/ref=pd_bbs_1/002-6465947-5098400?ie=UTF8&s=musicHere is the full video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w2BnXhLlLz8

Three things, I have a book and will have to look it up and you can see if you can find it or I would have to type it out for you as I don’t know how to scan and send it to you or copy it and mail it. I also have a pattern for a broomstick lace that is similar but you have an edge and won’t have to worry about how to fasten the top off. e-mail meEDIT I am sorry I did not know how short the directions were so here goes.Crochet hook F or 58 oz sport yarn [or baby yarn]3″ hairpin loomGauge: 5 sc per inchNOTE: Yarn is worked double throughout. Each loop has two strands of yarn which will be referred to as a SINGLE LOOP. Make 14 strips of 120 Single Loops on on each side of the loom. Join Single Loops by pulling 2 single loops through 2 single loops always starting at the same end and working from right side. Fasten last 2 single loops securely. Finish sides by pulling 2 single loops through2 single loops. Weave in all ends. EDGING – - -Make a strip of hairpin lace long enough to go around four sides of blanket allowing a little extra for fullness at corners. It is better to have too much as it can be pulled out. Finish one side of this strip by pulling 2 single loops through 2 single loops. This side will be sewed to the edge of the blanket. Leave single loops on the other side loose to form fringes. This may be cut if desired.

It’s not on eBay and it’s not in Annie’s Attic. I suggest that you contact Jennie Gaskin from Country Yarns. She might have it, and if not, she might know where to get it, if it’s available:http://www.countryyarns.com/UPDATE:I found this…. could it be what you’re looking for?http://cgi.cafr.ebay.ca/CROCHET-THE-BIRTH-OF-CHRIST_W0QQitemZ130190282983QQihZ003QQcategoryZ3095QQcmdZViewItem

I would stay safe and go for Cathy if I were you. Just because you are going to have a ton of competition and its more important for them to cast someone who fits the part and can play it believably. Stretching yourself as an actor is great. However, its better to do in a non-audition situation such as an acting class. Although if you are cast as a character opposite of you then that is an amazing opportunity for growth. Good luck!
