When Baby Afghans arrived, I opened it and was impressed with the solid packaging which insured Baby Afghans did not arrive damaged in any way, shape, or form.
Overall, my experience was amazing. I hope this helps you make a solid buying decision for Baby Afghans.
I'd like to knit a baby afghan with a pink border and green interior?
I have a pattern for a basket weave baby afghan with a knit border around the edge. Here's the link to the pattern for more detailshttp://www.knitting-crochet.com/babafgforbeg.htmlbut Baby Afghans instead of one solid color, I'd like the interior green and the border pink but I'm not sure how to accomplish two different colors on the same line (I'm still a beginner). Does anyone have a link to maybe and instructional video or something? I tend to be better seeing it done than reading it and hoping I'm doing it right is all.

Are you looking for one you see before you buy or are you willing to buy over the internet? How soon do you need it? I make baby quilts, if you don’t need it right away maybe we can work something out. You can contact me at http://www.appliquequiltdesigns.com/Contact-Me.html

I have read in many crafting articles 7 times the cost of your materials seems to work for knitted items. As a fellow knitter who has tried to sell at fairs, I know that if I try to recoup cost for labor I will outprice myself at most venues. I would love to make a living handknitting garments but even if I charged minimum wage for my labor an afghan or baby blanket could cost into the hundreds of dollars in labor only, which may only sell in some high priced store in Beverly Hills. I am currently working on a very fine lace baby blanket that will take more than 100 hours to complete. I don’t know many people willing to spend $500 on a blanket that will be outgrown in a few months.

I wouldn’t. Your lack of moral turpitude is almost as alarming as your lack of pants.Ebay won’t let you sell baby Afghans since my Baby Momma and me had us a Firehouse Sale in October of 2001.I do have an interesting little French Boy who is house broken and knows all the lyrics to ‘Lady Marmalade’ if you’re looking for an in kind trade.

hey vigorous….the afghan to which you refer is one that would begin with a capital “a”.the word, when it begins with a lower case “a”, refers to a blanket.S: (n) afghan (a blanket knitted or crocheted in strips or squares; sometimes used as a shawl) S: (n) Afghan, Afghanistani (a native or inhabitant of Afghanistan) lighten up a bit. there are far worse grammatical offences here online than the one above.and just for fun, check out this website:http://www.afghansforafghans.org/OH, and by the way Ms. Sweet? the dowel suggestion is probably the best one. make sure there’s also a dowel on the bottom so that it hangs nicely and not sloppily. i’m sure it’ll look fabulous. cheers.
