I think that having an extra initial adds gravitas to a name, sohow about A. Nell Sphincter (for a girl) or Titus A. Sphincter(for a boy)?

As you may of noticed I’m a fan of Russian names, you should be able to find list of them, or maybe a culture or possibly religion, you can find names that are associated with things like that. I would find it easier to find a english word like flower, cute, strong etc. then find what those words are in a different language, this way you don’t end up with Mile Kitten, but Mile Kisa 
Anyway I hope you find the right name, by the way I love the pronunciation

that lady is really messed up. it’s soooooo wrong to put a child in a microwave. i also heard about a guy who put kittens in the microwave when he was younger and now he’s like a murderer and in jail. this world is so focused on helping other countries that they don’t care about the wackjobs here. why feed the starving children in africa when we have ghettos where children are just as hungry in america? why help rebuild iraq when we have run down buildings and people with no proper homes for the winter? yet, america doesn’t show it’s starving or freezing people on the tv. we just show sick people who put precious babies in microwaves. our world is messed up.
