I’d move the 2 year old upstairs and make a big deal about decorating his bedroom and keep the other room upstairs as a guest room. I doubt your 2 year old will want to play that far away from you for quite some time. Keep the baby nearby so you don’t have to trek upstairs to do late night feedings.

dish detergent works great. Put some on the stain and rub it in then let it sit overnight and the next day throw it in the wash with some oxiclean and it will come right out.

Well, congratulations on your soon to come baby! I just had my third baby, and I know you can quickly get overwhelmed with clothes!I put three baskets in my top drawer. One for onesies/undershirts, one for socks and booties, and one for hats.The second drawer I put all the one-piece outfits.The third drawer I put the two-piece outfits.The fourth drawer I put the 3-6 month items.The bottom drawer I saved for stuff that I wasn’t going to use for a bit. Toys, bottles, shoes, etc… The rest of the clothes I left on hangers in the closet until he is large enough to wear them, that way they are out of the way.I started this system with my first child, and have used it ever since, because during the first few weeks, you will be so sleep-deprived that you really need to be able to find things quickly and easily! I also kept a plastic storage box under the crib, so when my children grew out of an outfit, I could just put it in there. Then, move the 3-6 stuff up to the top drawers, wash the next batch and keep it in the 4th drawer. Eventually, the 5th drawer becomes the “pajama” drawer, because all my kids liked to pick out their own pajamas when they became toddlers.Long answer I know……Hope it helps some…

This is only so muhc of a help, but a 6 piece set tends to weigh around 7 lbs. I suppose you could multiply by two, but since some of the elements are different, obvioulsy, that is just a ballpark….
