Ratio of Barbie Doll to Human Adult...?
Hello, This may sound like a strange question, but I'm TOTALLY serious. Does anyone know what the ratio for a barbie-type doll (11 and 1/2 inches tall) would be to an Crochet Barbie adult human (preferably a 5'5" woman)? I'm terrible at math!Also, ignoring the crazy waist and bust size, if I wanted to take a crochet barbie-type doll pattern and convert it to an adult woman (preferably 5'5"), what would I multiply everything by? (I guess that would depend on the ratio :)Like I said, I know it sounds strange, but this is VERY important, if anyone could give me their two cents!Thanks so much!

I think if you find the right seamstress, why not? Take a picture of the dress to some dress makers & get quotes & ideas from them on how they could translate it into a dress for you.
