How can we get our baby's sleeping pattern to change?
We have a newborn (just born Thursday), and he has a very odd sleeping pattern. He will sleep most of the day, though he wakes Pattern Lot up a lot because of being hungry or his diaper needs changing, but other than that he sleeps most of the day, and then he's up most of the night. He cries really loudly and keeps my mom and stepdad up. Is it too early to try to change his sleeping pattern, or is this normal? I just want my mom and stepdad to get some sleep, they've barely gotten any.
